I should really get on the ball with this shiz


Hellu again from your friendly neighborhood lurker~ *shifty eyes*

Decided to take FULL advantage of DA's "free premium stuff for a day" and actually sit down and write out another journal. *yay!*    (Dayumn is that good timing or what? ;P *lmao~*)

But yus! On to the good stuff!  ;)

Well, my last journal left off in July, so here goes~


:bulletblue: In August, ~azidrainx's paternal grandfather passed away after a long fight with various illnesses.   ~azidrainx personally asked me to come attend the funeral, so I quickly packed my stuff, and went to stay with him to try my best to provide as much love & support to him and his family as I could.
It was the first time I'd met any of his extended family, and really wish it could've been under better circumstances. :/ But, you get what you get, and I wasn't there for them.
The day after the funeral, we went back over his grandmother's and on the way home, I took this :pointr: [link] It was absolutely stunning and was definitely a nice comfort during such a difficult time.
In the end, I was really, really glad I had gone and done the best I could and I'm quite sure ~azidrainx appreciated it as well~ :heart:   :heart:



:bulletblue: September brought new college and university classes for ~azidrainx and myself. I ended up taking a Math class that was UTTER HELL, and a "Medical First Responder" class which I loved.
I ended up finishing the Medical with a solid "A" and obtained my certification cards :pointr: [link]
In the math class, I got a "B+", but I dare say I'm pretty happy with that since that class was SUCH hell :crazy:



:bulletblue: September & October also brought the deaths of more of my fuzzies; Zach , Froot-Loops



:bulletblue: Then, in November, ~azidrainx's younger sister decided to give him a HUUUGE surprise for his birthday and schemed a very schemy scheme with myself and his mother that I would go with their parents when they visited and surprise ~azidrainx for his birthday
OMG it ws soooo EPIC, not even gunna lie X3 We planned it out a month or so in advance, and I had to do my bestest to keep quiet about it. :XD:
My mom, my younger siblings, and myself all let out for ~azidrainx's parent's house at about noon and got there about an hr & a half later where they dropped me off and headed back home soon after. They ran into a frack-ton of traffic due to it being hunting season & it took them (no joke) 7 HOURS to get home :crazy: I felt soooo bad about that. :(
While my family was stuck in traffic headed home, I was busy at ~azidrainx's house helping his mom get all the things ready to go. We scooted off soon after and after a couple hrs and a quick stop at the local book store (yay! =^.^= ) we were soon at ~azidrainx's apartment. We called his sis to let her know, and she met us at the door. We quickly discussed what we should do, and agreed that I would wait outside in the hall for a few while the family surprised him first, then I would knock and surprise him further.
His sis had been exceedingly clever and had her own bf keep ~azidrainx busy with muchly discussions in his room so she could even get dinner cooked and decorations up X3 lmao~ :iconepic-win:
So his family & I scooted back upstairs, and they did as planned, then I waited for his sis to text, then knocked.
He opened the door and just stood there with his absolutely adorably surprised expression and said, "Nelly???" :iconimshockedplz: I replied with, "Heya bebe-cakes!" :iconurhappyplz: "Happy Birthday ~!!!". He continued to just stand there, said expression on his face, and ask, "Nelly?!?!???" for a few more moments until I spread my arms and asked for a hug. Then he kinda a-sploded into action Hugging me and thanking all the peoples; especially his sis. X) It was adorkable and absolutely worth all the things to get through to see his face and make his birthday one he''l not soon forget ;)
"OMDFG NELLAHHHHH~!!!!!!"  
(lmao~)
I got to spend the weekend with him and do all the things we could think of on such short notice, as well as some hw cuz I had class that coming Monday ^^;

After said time was up, I took the train back to ~azidrainx's parent's house where my mom picked me up & took me back home.
BESTEST WEEKEND EVAR :iconilavplz:



:bulletblue: Not long after I got back, my fuzzy Zeke passed away   leaving Samson the last remaining fuzzy I have to decide now if I'm going to get a couple more fuzzies for him to play with and to give good homes to, or if I'm going to give him up because ferrets REEEEEALY don't like to be alone.



:bulletblue: In December, I got permission from ~azidrainx's and my parents to go visit him for Christmas! :squee:
~azidrainx's dad was so wonderful and drove all the way to my house (with ~azidrainx in tow) and picked me up, then brought me to their house.
Hanging out and having a blast = Pretty much what we did up till Christmas itself. X3 On Christmas day, we had an absolute blast :XD: Opened giftlies, and gave mine out to ~azidrainx and his family, then going over his grandmother's to celebrate made for THE BESTEST Christmas I've EVAR had :meow:

And I haaaave to brag aboot a couple giftlies ~azidrainx gave to me :XD: THIS SHIZ IS MANDATORY :icondeathstareplz:

:bulletblue: After I got home in January, I started up one of my many projects --> [link] A knitting project I'd started a couple yrs ago ^^; It's coming along nicely and I can't wait for it to FINALLY be finished :meow:



:bulletblue: Another thing that's also taken off, is my new room renovations! :excited: --> [link] They are juuuust about done too! :D



:bulletblue: So now it's sometime into January~ New classes starting up and many new events lay ahead... Wish me luck my friendlies~ I definitely wish you all the best and more for the rest of the upcoming year!
